Terms of use

These terms apply when you use the Era app. Using Era means you accept them.
Your account
You need an account to use Era, and you must be at least 13 years old. Keep your sign-in method secure; you are responsible for what happens under your account. You may delete your account at any time from Settings, and we may close an account that breaks these terms.
Subscriptions
- Era is a paid subscription: $9.99 per week or $59.99 per year, in USD, and the price may differ in other App Store regions. There is no free trial.
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the period ends. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours of the end of the current period.
- Manage or cancel a subscription in your App Store account settings. Cancelling stops the next renewal; it does not refund the period you are in.
- Refunds are handled by Apple under its own policies, not by us.
- Being invited to a circle does not grant free access. Every member subscribes for themselves.
Circles and Discover
A circle is a private group of up to ten people. What you share with a circle is your check-in status and streak, nothing more. Discover is a public-within-Era feed, and a photo appears there only when you deliberately post it.
When you post to Discover, you keep ownership of your photo and grant Era only the permission needed to store it and show it to other members. Do not post:
- Nudity or sexual content.
- Content that harasses, bullies, threatens or targets another person.
- Anything that is not yours to post, including other people's photographs.
- Photographs of other people who have not agreed to appear.
- Advertising, spam or links to other services.
Every post can be reported and every poster can be blocked. We remove content that breaks these rules and may suspend accounts that repeatedly do so.
What Era is not
Era is a habit and routine app. It is not medical, psychological, nutritional or fitness advice, and nothing in it is a substitute for a professional. Era does not track weight, measurements or calories, and it never will. If you are struggling with your relationship to food, exercise or your body, please talk to someone qualified.
Availability
We try to keep Era working, but we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Features may change as the app develops. Your local data lives on your phone; keep an iPhone backup if it matters to you.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, Era is provided as it is, and our liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
Who you are agreeing with
Era is published by RETRONAX PTE. LTD., a company registered in Singapore. These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and the courts of Singapore will hear disputes, unless mandatory consumer law where you live gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere.
Changes
We may update these terms. If a change is significant, we will tell you in the app before it takes effect. Continuing to use Era after that means you accept the updated terms.
